THAT, WHEREAS, THE FEDERAL LAND BANK OF SACRAMENTO is the trustee under the certain deed of

WHEREAS, there has been granted to City of Poway Department of Public Works , across
the premises described in said deed of trust, an easement for water lines described as follows:
All that portion of said Parcel 4 of Parcel Map No. 10356 included within a
strip of land 30.00 feet of even width, the Northerly line of said 30.00 foot .
wide strip of land being described as follows:

Commencing at the Northeast corner ,of Parcel 1 of said Parcel Map No. 10356;
thence along the Northerly lines of said Parcels 1 and 4, North 88° 17' 59"
West 320.00 feet to the Westerly terminus of the Northerly line of that certain
30.00 foot wide strip of land described in Deed to the Poway Municipal Water
District, filed in the Office of the County Recorder of said San Diego County, ,
September 13, 1976, as File/Page No. 76-297980 of Official Records, being the
True Point of Beginning; thence continuing along the Northerly line of said
Parcel 4, North 88° 17' 59" West 213.01 feet.

NOW, THEREFORE, at the request of the beneficiary under said deed of trust, THE FEDERAL

easement and agrees that any sales made under the provisions of said deed of trust shall be subject thereto.
