(hereinafter "GRANTOR") hereby grants to CITY OF POWAY
(hereinafter "GRANTEE"), its successors, or assigns, the following described easement for a right of way XXXXXXXXXXX

maintain, and use a pipeline or pipelines for any and all purposes, together with such fixtures and appurtenances, including,
but not limited to, facilities for power transmission and communication purposes, at such locations and elevations, upon,
along, over and under the right of way described below as GRANTEE may now or hereafter determine in its sole discretion
without any additional compensation therefor, together with the right of ingress and egress from the easement by a practical
route or routes in, upon, over, or across the land described below, together with the right to use this easement for access to
GRANTEE's rights of way situated,in adjacent lands, without any additional compensation therefor.
The land encompassing this easement is situated in the County of San Diego State of California, and is mope
particularly described as follows, to wit:
Parcel 3 of Parcel Map No. 9767, filed in the Office of the County Recorder
of said San Diego County March 6, 1980, in the City of Poway, County of
San Diego, State of California, being a portion of the Southwest Quarter
of Section 8, Township 14 South, Range 1 West San Bernardino Meridian,
according to the Official Plat thereof,

All that portion of said Parcel 3 of Parcel Map No. 9767 included within
a strip of land 60.00 feet of even width, the center line of said 60.00
foot wide strip of land being described as follows:
Commencing at a point on the Westerly line of said Section 8, distant
thereon North 0°15'23" West 1303.84 feet (record North 0°32'30" West
1303.69 feet) from the Southwest corner of said Section 8, being the
Southwesterly corner of Parcel 2 of said Parcel Map No. 9767; thence
South 83°28'46" East, 179.72 feet to the beginning of a tangent 300.00
foot radius curve, concave Northerly; thence Easterly along the arc of
said curve through a central angle of 28°27'43", a distance of 149.03 feet
to the beginning of a 300.00 foot radius reverse curve, concave Southerly;
thence Easterly along the arc of said curve through a central angle of
52°37'51 " , a distance of 275.57 feet to the beginning of a 300.00 foot
radius reverse curve, concave Northerly; thence Easterly along the arc of
said curve through a central angle of 52°38'49", a distance of 275.66 feet
to the beginning of a 300.00 foot radius reverse curve, concave Southerly;
thence Easterly along the arc of said curve through a central angle of
47°56 '28", a distance of 251 .02 feet to the beginning of a 300.00 foot
radius reverse curve, concave Northerly; thence Easterly along the arc
