A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY,
CALIFORNIA, DESIGNATING VOTING DELEGATE AND
ALTERNATES TO THE SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA JOINT
POWERS INSURANCE AUTHORITY (SCJPIA) AND
RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 03-063
WHEREAS, the City of Poway is a member of the Southern California Joint Powers
Insurance Authority (SCJPIA); and
WHEREAS, as a member, the City of Poway is entitled to all voting rights.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
1. The following are designated as Director and Alternates of the
SCJPIA for the City of Poway:
Director: Michael Cafagna, Mayor
Alternates: Robert Emery, C 3er
Jay Goldby, C 3er
Don Higginson, C 3er
Betty Rexford, C 3er
James L. Bowersox, City Manager
Warren Shafer, Director of Admin. Services
Peter Moote, Deputy Director of Ad Services
2. Resolution No. 03-063 is hereby rescinded.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Poway,
