The purpose of this recorded document is to add a BMP Facility in the form of pervious pavers to the
original Storm Water Management Facilities Maintenance Agreement originally executed May 19,
2014 and recorded September 2, 2016 in the San Diego County recorders' office as: Document
#2016-0462514 and made part hereof by this reference. This agreement is for certain real property
located in the City of Poway, California, more particularly described as Lot 2 of City of Poway Tract
Map 89-09, Map No. 14091, in the City of Poway, County of San Diego, State of California, filed in the
office of the recorder of San Diego County on December 5, 2000.
This document is composed of
1) One Subsequent Agreement document.
2) Three Notary Acknowledgements.
3) The location of the additional pervious pavers shown on the attached hereto as
Exhibit A.
4) The maintenance description and requirements for the pervious pavers attached
hereto as Exhibit B.
The undersigned hereby agrees to the terms and conditions, duties and obligations of the Storm
Water Management Facilities Maintenance Agreement, executed May 19, 2014 and recorded
September 2, 2016.

Pavers Exhibit 3
Pavers should be inspected on a regular basis, after installation
inspections should occur monthly for the first six months. After this time,
you can inspect the site annually, particularly after there have been heavy
rains or storms when the drainage voids can become clogged with organic
debris. Quarterly the pavers should be swept and even vacuumed with
brushes to help once again clean out voids and potential clogs. After the
site has been swept and/or vacuumed it will benefit the pavers to apply
high pressure hosing of the site. Check that voids are still well fed with
aggregate, and if not you may have to regularly re -fill them.
