SUBSTITUTION OF TRUSTEE AND FULL RECONVEYANCE
WHEREAS Poway Redevelopment Agency, a public body corporate and politic,
as the trustor, Chicago Title Insurance Company, is the original trustee ("Original
Trustee"), and Poway Land, Inc., is the beneficiary ("Beneficiary"), under that certain
Deed of Trust With Assignment of Rents originally recorded as Document No. 1995-
0451286 on October 6, 1995 and re-recorded to Correct Scrivener's Error as
Document No. 1995-0540063 on November 29, 1995, both in the Official Records
of San Diego County, with respect to certain real property in the City of Poway,
County of San Diego, State of California as further described in the Deed of Trust, and
WHEREAS, the undersigned Beneficiary desires to substitute a new Trustee
under said Deed of Trust in place and stead of the Original Trustee;
NOW, THEREFORE, the undersigned hereby substitutes itself as Trustee under
said Deed of Trust and does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by it thereunder.
