Ord 67ORDINANCE NO. 67 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA ADOPTING BY REFERENCE SAN DIEGO COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISOR'S ORDINANCE 6378 (NEW SERIES - JUNE 29, 1982) WHEREAS, on May 19, 1981, the City of Poway entered into an agreement with the County of San Diego to provide public health and sanitation services. Since that date, the County of San Diego has adopted revisions to this agreement by ordinance which is applicable to the City of Poway. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA, DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: The following item is adopted by reference: a. Ordinance no. 6378 (New Series) entitled; An Ordinance to Amend, Delete and to Add Sections to the County Code of Regulatory Ordinances Relating to Health, Sanitation and Land Use Permit Investigation and Inspection Fees. Introduced and first read at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Poway held the 10th day of August, 1982, and thereafter PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of said City Council held the 24th day of August, 1982, by the following roll call vote: AYES: NOES: ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS : COUNCILMEMBERS : COUNCILMEMBERS : EMERY, oRAVEC, TARZY, SHEPARDSON NONE KRUSE Mary L. ~epar~on, Mayor Marjori~!.
