RESOLUTION NO. 04- 079
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
DECLARING THE INTENTION TO ESTABLISH
UNDERGROUND UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 65
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Poway desires to establish an
Underground Utility district along Midland Road (Exhibit A) for the purpose of improving
the public health, safety, and welfare by placing all utilities underground;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Poway
as follows:
1. The foregoing recitals are true and correct and the City Council so finds and
determines.
2. Pursuant to Poway Municipal Code (Section 12.48) a public hearing was
held on September 7,2004.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Poway
at a regular meeting this 7th day of September, 2004.
