FINDINGS
The following three bids were received on June 3, 1986:
Safety Striping Service, Inc ............ $37709.50
Orange County Striping Service, Inc..... 44,567.00 -a
Payco Specialties., Inc .................... 59,735.00
There are sufficient funds available in the Street Maintenance
Account (403) to pay for: this work.
RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the City Council award the contract to the
lowest, responsible bidder, Safety Striping Service, Inc. in the
amount of $37,709.50.
