REQUEST _
The proposed project is a drug and alcohol rehabili-

tation/tr.eataaent center to be located on three acres
of CO zoned. land directly east of Pomerado Hospital;
The project would require a Conditional Use Permit
and would be operated by the Hospital District. This
same site was recently reviewed by the City Council
under a pre -development request for a residential
senior citizen facility. The remainder of the site
±19 acres) is zoned RR -C and RR -A and would be
devoted to passive recreation and opera space use.
