RELEASE OF IMPROVEMENT REQUIREMENTS
1. Pursuant to the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California and
Division I of Title 8 of the San Diego County Code, C.F. Pomerado, Inc.
(formerly CF Poway ltd.) did enter into a Declaration of Temporary
Covenants recorded March 9, 1987, as Document No. 87-122503 in the Office
of the County Recorder of San Diego as required by Section 66411.1.
2. Said Covenant consists of the following improvements:
On-site and off-site public improvements.
3. The work has been completed.
4. Said improvements were completed and accepted based on an inspection by
the City of Poway.
5. Neither acceptance of said improvements by the Engineering Services
Department nor this notice constitutes a waiver of any defects in the
work of the construction of installation of said improvements.
