acquire c c t oe financing from Security Pacific Bank, it is necessary for
the City' Cornea and. the Redevelopent Agency to approve estoppel. ` agreements
with the bank and the developer..
Motion. by Director Tarzy, seconded by Director Emery to approve the Agency
Estoppel Agrees ent between. the Poway Redevelopment Agency, Security Pacific
National Bank, and a Pasay, Ltd. Maim carried unanirrously.
