1990 as corrected by Certificate of Correction recorded December 20, 1990 as

Including also that land lying Westerly of the Easterly line of Lot 33 of said
City of Poway Tract Map 88-03 and Northerly of the below described line:
Commencing at the Northeasterly corner of said Lot 33 being on the Southerly
