Pacific is now ready to begin. construction of the Palisades subdivision -and is requesting a temporary use permit to establish a sales tra.iller to be used until the model. homes/sakes office can be constructed.., The applcant. has estimated that it will take six to nine months to complete the model complex.. Adjacent areas nc"lude the Rancho Arbolitos Swim and tennis Club to the northeast with the remainder of the undeveloped Palisades residen- tial subdivision to the eastr went., and, south.
