LOS LOMAS ESTATES ANNEXATION
WHEREAS, the property described in Exhibit A. requires suer service; and
WHEREAS, property must be within the Sewer Improvement District to receive
sewer service; -and
THS, the City Council of the City of Poway hasreviewed and +oensidered.
the annexation of the property to Sewer Impr t District of the City of
Poway.;
NOW, THEREFORE, RE, BE: IT MOWED THAT:
The territory to be annexed is as described in Exhibit A.
The conditions of annexation are:
The payment of the sum of $14,025 to the City of Panay for the
right and use of all existing property, real and personal:, of the
Sewer Improvement District.
The payment of all costs of said annexation, including
Ilii ted to advertising, engineering, and attorneys fees.
The inclusion of the territory in the Sewer Dnprova ent Distirctis in
the best interest of the land owners and the City of Poway.:

The annexation has been revewed pursuant to the provisions of the
California Environmental Quality Act, and; has been, found to be. exerpt
under Class: 19 of Categorical Exenptions.
. No City tax split shall occur due to this annexation.The property is
within, the - corporate boundary of the City of Poway and the annexation
is to an inproverent district within the City..
The annexation of the territory described in Exhibit A shall; became:
effective inuediately upon passage of the Resolution..
The City Clerk shall make the necessary filings required by law.
