A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY,
CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE INSTALLATIONOF
FLASHING SIGNALS AT MARTINOOIT' ROAD AT
PAINTED ROCK MED/EM ztRY SCHOOL
V+, Section 21351 of the California Vehicle Code permits
local authorities to install flashing warning signals, as necessary,'
and
TABERIEAS, in accordance with Section 21367 of the California
Vehicle Code, it has been determined: that traffic conditions in
the vicinity of Painted Rock Elementary School, warrants the
installation of the flashing warning signals.
NOr 70RE, BE IT RESCUED that in accordance with said
Sections 21351 and 21367, flashingwarnin signals g be installed;
one north and one south of Painted Rock Elementary School.
PASSED, ADOPTED,; and APPI VED. by the City Council of the
City of Poway, at a regular meeting this day of Nove„,r,
