RANGE 1 WEST, SAN BERNARDINO BASE AND MERIDIAN, IN THE COUNTY OF SAN DIEGO,
STATE OF CALIFORNiA, ACCORDING TO OFFICiAL PLAT THEREOF.
The following terms, conditions and convenants shall run with the real property hereinabove described:
(1) The Grantee accepts title to said real property for use as highway right-of-way, all appurtenances
related thereto and as a natural habitaI resource area.
(2) The Grantee, its successors or assigns, shall have the right to convey all or any portion of said real
property subject to the uses set forth in item (1) above.
