Lot 1, of the City of Poway Tract Map 88-03, in the City of Poway, County of
San Diego, State of California, according to Map thereof No. 12683, filed in
the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, August 14, 1990, as
corrected by Certificate of Correction recorded December 20, 1990 as File/Page
No. 90-676494 of Official Records,
Excepting therefrom that portion lying Southerly of the below described line:
Commencing at the most Northwesterly corner of said Lot I being the point of
beginning, Thence Southerly along the Westerly lot line of said Lot 1 South
01037'00" West, 180.37 feet to a point on the Southerly line of that certain
20 foot water easement dedicated per said City of Poway Tract Map 88-03 and
said point being the True Point of Beginning; thence leaving said Westerly lot
line along the Southerly line of said water easement South 56030'40" East,
19.06 feet to a point on the Westerly right-of-way line of that certain 48,00
foot radius knuckle of Crest Road, a radial line to said point bears North
