by the TransNet Ordinance

the Poway Municipal Code to determine whether unlawful grading activity and building code violations at 13 822
Northcrest Lane constitute a public nuisance and whether to order the abatement of the nuisance and ongoing
violations of the Poway Municipal Code,and to consider upholding the issuance of the Administrative Citations to
the property owner by the Development Services Department.This item is not a “Project”pursuant to the California
Environmental Quality Act (CEQA)and is therefore not subject to CEQA review.
