SUBSTITUTION OF TRUSTEE AND FULL RECONVEYANCE
WHEREAS, Poway Land, Inc., a California corporation is the Trustor and the
Poway Redevelopment Agency, a public body, corporate and politic is the beneficiary
under that certain Deed of Trust dated January 25, 1991 and recorded on March 11,
1991 as Document No. 1991-0105228 in the Official Records of San Diego County,
California (the "Deed of Trust"); and
WHEREAS, the undersigned beneficiary desires to substitute a new Trustee under
said Deed of Trust and to thereafter reconvey the Deed of Trust.
NOW THEREFORE, the undersigned hereby:
1. Appoints and substitutes itself as the new Substituted Trustee under said
Deed of Trust; and
2. As such duly appointed and Substituted Trustee under said Deed of Trust,
the undersigned does hereby RECONVEY to the person or persons, legally entitled
hereto, without warranty, all the estate, title and interest acquired by the original Trustee
and by the undersigned as the said Substituted Trustee under said Deed of Trust.
