WATER. TREATMENT AND QUALITY
Item; introduced by City Manager.: Boersox. Council received thereport with no
discussion.
Councilnuber Shepardson asked about using the sewagetreatment plant as , a
reclamation plant. Director of Public Services Archibaldstatedstaff is
exploring this possibility.

Councilmember Rimy stated he had received a letter from ERR Engineering
regarding rezoning property in the fl y. It was referred to the Acting
Director of Planning Services.,
Councihmember Tarzy stated. the Mayor had received a letter requesting

sponsorship in the Miss National TeenAger Pageant.
3. Counci.luerater Emery asked staff what the proposed time frame isfor the
GEMC°. project. City Manager Bailers= stated they plan to open in the sumer
of 1987.
