The January 30, 1986, regular meting of the Poway Redevelopment Agency
adjourned from the January 28, 1986, regular meeting, was called to order at
4:05 p.m. by Chairman Kruse at the City Council Cis,: 13325 Civic Center
Drive, Poway, California.

CAPITAL IMPROVAMENT PROJECT STATUS' REPORT
Iter introduced by Executive Director Bowersox.. Staff report by Director of
Public Services Archibald.: He reviewed the projects, both City and Redevelop-,
u nt Agency, with their projected start and cxmplet on dates.
The Directors revic-weed the conceptual drawing for the Panerado Road wall. Staff
noted that CDBG funds are available for Phase I, but funding is uncertain for
Phases II -IV. The Directors requested the engineering be done and plans "put on
the shelf" so they will be iminediately available whenever funding is.
The Directors also reviewed the proposed alignments, interim and ultimate, of
the Midland Roadextension,south of Poway Road; and the alignment of the
Cean unity/Paeray Road intersection..
Upon motion : by Director Tarzy, seconded by Director Shepardson, Chairman Kruse
ordered the meeting adjourned. The time of adjourns nt was 5:20 p.m.,
