Acceptance of Grant of Open space Easement on Portions of Lots 98
and 99 of TM 4092-R. Map No 11320 Hirsch : Ranch.
Under Government Code Section 51084, a city may accept a grant of
Open -space easement by resolution.This report contains the
required: findings to be made and a Resolution for Acceptance of
Grant of Open -Space Easement has been prepared ( Attachment 3 ).
FINDINGS
The necessary findings for the acceptance of the grant of open
space easement has beenmade in conformance with Government Code
Section. 51084 anda resolution for its acceptance has been
prepared for approval and adoption.
RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the City Council take the following action:
1.. Approve the Resolution for the Grant of Open -Space
Easement on Portion of Lots 98 and 99 of TM 4092-R, Map
No.. 11320, and direct its recordation upon signature by
the appropriate. City officials.

preserve: natural resources that enhance the rural character of the:

The City Council hereby finds that:

retained in its natural state has scenic value to the:

c. It is in the public interest that the land be
retained as. open space because such land will a.dd to
the. amenities of living in neighboring urbanised
areas and will help p preserve the rural, character of
the area in which the land: is located..
