CERTIFICATE OF CORRECTION
Pursuant to Section 66469 of the Subdivision Map Act, or Section
8770.5 of the Land surveyor's Act
NOTICE IS GIVEN that Final Map 12954 in the City of poway, county
of San Diego, State of California, filed in the Office of the
county Recorder of said county, July 28, 1992, is in error and is
corrected in accordance with Section 8770.5 of the Land surveyor's
Act, or Section 66469 of the Subdivision Map Act as follows:
1. Under "legend"
A. All "set disc RCE 30724" should read "set
disc LS 5036".
B. The statement for deferred monumentation:
Unless otherwise shown on this map, a 3/4"
iron pipe will be set at all rear lot corners,
lot corners and points of curve along
sidelines of dedicated streets will be
monumented by a disc marked "RCE 30724" set in
concrete curb on an offset 0.25 feet, said
offsets are on the prolongation of lot lines
and are radial to point of curve or at right
angles to sidelines of the street. In the
event the above types of monuments cannot be
set due to unforeseen circumstances, then I
will affix a tag or disc stamped "RCE 30724"
in concrete, stone, wood or metal at the
location called for by this map. (See
deferred monumentation certificate on sheet
No.1) .

marked "LS 4458" per Map 11295, disturbed,
replaced per legend. Point on line with two
points to southerly on westerly boundary.
should be:
Solid circle reading found 2" iron pipe with
disc marked "LS 4458" per Map 11295. This 2"
iron pipe appears to have been reset since the
original survey for this map and occupies the
position as shown.

of real property affected by such corrections:
