CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION
The Poway Redevelopment Agency has determined the construction required
in the Poway Corporate Center Owners Participation Agreement to be complete
and satisfactory which includes the following:
· Scripps Poway Parkway (formerly South Poway Parkway) from Community
Road to Tech Center Drive (formerly Nelson Drive).
· Kirkham Road from Tech Center Drive to 1,350 feet westerly.
· Gregg Street from Tech Center Drive to 1,350 feet westerly.
· Tech Center Drive from Scripps Poway Parkway to Kirkham Road.
This Certificate of Completion does hereby constitute a full, final, and
effective release of all obligations of the Participant. These improvements
were accepted by Poway City Council on April 20, 1993.
