RESTRICTIONS ON REAL PROPERTY
Tentative Parcel Map 82-13, Tentative Parcel Map 90-04, Conditional Use Permit 90-1 0, Development
Review 90-12, and Sign Permit 90-44 which restricted the real property located in the City of Poway, County
of San Diego, State of California described as follows:
Being a portion of Parcel 2 of Parcel Map No. 16871, in the City of Poway, County of San Diego,
State of California recorded on June 10, 1992 as Document No, 0360834 of official records of said
County, being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the most northeaste~y boundary corner of said Parcel 2; thence southweste~y along
the easte~y boundary line thereof, S, 010 18' 12" W. 228.01 feet to the most southeasterly boundary
corner of said Parcel 2: thence northwesterly along the southerly boundary line thereof, N. 880 41'
48' W. 84.70 feet to the most southwesterly boundary corner of the herein described parcel; thence
departing said southe~y boundary line, N, 010 27' 56" E. 228,25 feet to a point in the northe~y
boundary line of said Parcel 2, said point also being the most northweste~y boundary corner of the
herein described parcel; thence southeasterly along said northerly boundary line, S. 880 32' 04" E,

83-330428 on September 16, 1983 in the Office of the Recorder, County of San Diego has been released
for the single parcel owned by Eugene H, Von Ettrenberg and Thelma E, Ettrenberg, Assessor's Parcel
Number 317-130-67, as a result of subdivision of the Wal-Mart Shopping Center, The conditions and
covenants in the above-referenced documents are hereby released for the subject lot only, The covenants
remain in full force for the Wal-Mart Center parcel known as APN 317-130-66 more specifically called Parcel
1 of PM 16871.
