CERHFICATE OF COMPLIANCE

The Director of Public Services and the City Engineer of the City of
Poway determined on January 6, 1983 that the parcels of real property
described below had been divide~ or had resulted from a division in compliance
with the Subdivision Map Act and with the provisions of the City of Poway Code
as of that date.
Preparation of this Certificate of Compliance was authorized by action
of the City Council of the City! of Poway on December 14, 1982.
DESCRIPTION OF PARCELS; The parcels as approved are described as
Parcels A, B, and C in Exhibit A, which is attached hereto and made a part
hereof by reference.
The descriptions attached have been prOVided by the property owner and
neither the City of Poway nor any of its officers, employees, or agents assume
responsibility for their compl~teness or correctness.
