The property of the following l$gal description has been determined to be
unsafe or substandard by the City Council of the City of Poway, pursuant to
Chapter 8.72 and Title 16 of th~ Poway Municipal Code:
Lots 33 through 59 inclusive, Lot 61, and Lots 66 through 70 inclusive,
all of Poway Tract No. 86.01, Unit #2.
The City of Poway has caused work to be performed and intends to cause
additional work to be performed to abate the nuisance and unsafe and
substandard conditions. Accordi~gly, if the cost of said prior work is not
repaid and the additional work is not completed, a share of the total past and
future costs to abate this nuisance will be assessed against each lot in the
amount of $20,000 to be repaid to the City of Poway as a condition of sale or
transfer of each lot until the total amount of all costs is recovered and all
necessary improvements have been satisfactorily completed and accepted by the
City Council of the City of Poway.
Failure of Huntington Gate L.P. to comply with the above conditions will
result in a lien on said property.
