Land Surveyor's Act)
NOTICE IS GIVEN that Map No. 12498, in the City of Poway, County of San
Diego, State of California, fi,led in the Office of the County Recorder of
said County November 9, 1989, is in error, and is corrected in accordance
with (Section 8770.5 of the Land Surveyor's Act) or (Section 66469 of the
Subdivision Map Act) as follows:
1. On Sheet 3, the statement in the Monument Notes, "Set well monument (M-
10)", is in error and is corrected to read, "Set street survey monument
stamped R.C.E. 17706" per Regional Standard Drawing No. M-10.
2. On Sheet 3, the statement in the Monument Notes, "Set 2" loP. & tag
R.C.E. 19224", is in errot and is corrected to read, "Set 2"x 24" iron
pipe with disc stamped R.C.E. 17706".
3. On Sheet 3, the statement in the Monument Notes, "Set 1/2" x 18" iron
pin with plastic cap stamped R.C.E. 19224 at all interior lot corners
and points of curvature", is in error and is corrected to read, "Unless
otherwise shown, a 3/4" x 18" iron pipe with aluminum cap stamped R.C.E.
17706 has been set at all lot corners and points of curvature along the
sidelines of dedicated streets".
4. A 3/4" x 18" iron pipe with aluminum cap stamped R.C.E. 17706 was set at
a 3.00 foot offset to the front lot corner on a bearing of South
00.01'00" West, in lieu of a 3/4" x 18" iron pin with a plastic cap
stamped R.C.E 19924, at the following lot corners:
The front lot corner common to lots 1 and 2
The front lot corner common to lots 3 and 4
The front lot corner common to lots 4 and 5
The front lot corner common to lots 5 and 6
5. A disc stamped R.C.E. 17706 was set in the concrete base of a street
light, in lieu of a 3/4" x 18" iron pin with a plastic cap stamped R.C.E
19924, at the Northeasterly lot corner of lot 6.
6. A disc stamped R.C.E. 17706 was set in the concrete footing for a fence
post, in lieu of a 3/4" x 18" iron pin with a plastic cap stamped R.C.E
19924, at the most Easterly lot corner common to lots 7 and 10.
7. A disc stamped R.C.E. 17706 was set in a concrete driveway, in lieu of
a 2" x 24" I.P. & tag R.C.E 19924, at the point of curvature in the
Westerly line of lot 15.
