RECIPROCAL ACCESS AND PARKING AGREEMENT
PR RIDGE II, LTD., a California limited partnership, hereinafter
designated GRANTOR, represents that it is the owner of real
property in the City of Poway, County of San Diego, State of
california, described as Parcel 1 and Parcel 2 of Parcel Map No.
16934 , recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of
San Diego County, California on AUGUST 20 , 1992.
GRANTOR agrees to grant access for purpose of reciprocal vehicular
parking and ingress and egress on and over Parcels 1 and 2 as more
particularly described in EXHIBIT "A" attached. The <l:ost of the
design and improvement of said access shall be borne by,the GRANTOR.
