RELEASE OF IMPROVEMENT REQUIREMENTS
The City of Poway hereby releases covenant of improvement obligations for Parcels
I and 2 of Parcel Map No. 16213 recorded as File No. 90-489345 of the Official
Records to wit:
Road Improvement Obl igations re9arding Community Road, Poway Road, and
Midland Road outlined in the Covenant of Improvement requirements granted
to County of San Diego on September 22, 1982 as File No. 82-293238 are
declared to be superseded by the Standard Agreement for Construction of
Public Improvements entered into by the owner of the property and City of
Poway on December 8, 1992, and are hereby released. All other covenants
shall remain in effect.
