RESOLUTION NO. 05-036
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA,
COMMENDING EAGLE SCOUT
ROBERT C. HENDERSHOT
WHEREAS, Robert C. Hendershot has fulfilled requirements in the areas of
leadership, service, and outdoor skills; and
WHEREAS, Robert C. Hendershot has advanced through the ranks of Scout,
Tenderfoot, 2nd Class, 1st Class, Star, Life, and Eagle; and
WHEREAS, Robert C. Hendershot has obtained 29 merit badges in various
educational, community-oriented, and sporting activities, which signify the mastery of
Scoutcraft skills; and
WHEREAS, Robert C. Hendershot has completed the community service project
demonstrating participatory and leadership skills within his patrol and/or troop.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Poway
hereby commends Eagle Scout Robert C. Hendershot for his efforts and achievements in
Scouting.
PASSED, ADOPTED, AND APPROVED by the City Council ofthe City of Poway at
the regular meeting this 17th day of May 2005.
