GRANT OF EASEMENT
EQUESTRIAN/PEDESTRIAN ACCESS
Famste Investment Co., Inc., a California Corporation, (hereinafter "GRANTOR")
hereby grants to CITY OF POWAY (hereinafter "GRANTEE") its successors, or
assi9ns, the following described 10-foot easement for equestrian/pedestrian
access purposes.
The land encompassing this easement is situated in the County of San Diego,
State of California, and is more particularly described as follows:

Said easement of right-of-way in the aforesaid lands is particularly described

LEGAL DESCRIPTION
FOR
PEDESTRIAN AND EQUESTRIAN EASEMENT
An easement for pedestrian and equestrian trail purposes over, along, and
across a portion of Parcel 2 of Parcel Map No. 15531, in the City of Poway,
County of San Diego, State of California, filed in the Office of the County
Recorder of San Diego County, January 23, 1989 described as follows:
A strip of land 10.00 feet in width lying 5.00 feet on each side of the
following described centerline:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Parcel 2; thence along the North
line of said Parcel 2, South 53035'30" West, 523.88 feet to an angle point
in the Easterly right-of-way line of Espola Road (R.S. 1355) as shown on said
Parcel Map No. 15531; thence leaving said North line along the East right-of-
way line of Espola Road, South 36024'30" East, 88.94 feet to the beginning
of a curve concave Northerly having a radius of 25.00 feet; thence
southeasterly 21.95 feet along said curve through a central angle of
50018'34" to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence leaving said curve North
08002'00" West, 110.04 feet; thence North 24022'00" West, 11.61 feet to the
Northerly line of said Parcel 2 and the point of terminus.
The sidelines of said easement are to be prolonged or shortened to begin in
the right-of-way line of Espola Road as shown on said Parcel Map No. 15532
and end in a 1 ine that bears North 53035'30" East through the point of
terminus.
This legal description and plat attached and made a part of this document
were prepared by me or under my direction.
