EQUESTRIAN/PEDESTRIAN ACCESS
Famste Investment Co., Inc., a California Corporation, (hereinafter "GRANTOR")
hereby grants to CITY OF POWAY (hereinafter "GRANTEE") its successors, or
assigns, the following described IS-foot easement for equestrian/pedestrian
access purposes.
The land encompassing this easement is situated in the County of San Diego,
State of California, and is more particularly described as follows:

FOR
PEDESTRIAN AND EQUESTRIAN EASEMENT
An easement for pedestrian and equestrian trail purposes over, along, and
across a portion of Parcel 2 of Parcel Map No. 15531, in the City of Poway,
County of San Diego, State of California, filed in the Office of the County
Recorder of San Diego County, January 23, 1989 described as follows:
A strip of land 15.00 feet in width lying 7.50 feet on each side of the
following described centerline:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Parcel 2; thence along the North
line of said Parcel 2, North 89034'40" East, 11.17 feet to the TRUE POINT OF
BEGINNING said point being on the arc of a non-tangent curve concave
Northeasterly having a radius of 25.00 feet through which a radial line bears
South 36037'39" West; thence Easterly 10.52 feet along said curve through a
central angle of 24006'25" to the beginning of a reverse curve concave
Southwesterly having a radius of 40.00 feet; thence Southeasterly 21.75 feet
along said curve through a central angle of 31008'57" to the beginning of a
reverse curve concave northerly having a radius of 45.00 feet through which
a radial line bears South 43040'11" West; thence Easterly 62.74 feet along
said curve through a central angle of 79053'11" to the beginning of a reverse
curve concave Southeasterly having a radius of 60.00 feet through which a
radial line bears North 36013'00" West; thence Northeasterly 19.88 feet along
sa id curve through a central angl e of 18059' 04"; thence North 72046' 04" East,
