RELEASE OF AGREEMENT REIMBURSEMENT OF COSTS OF
PERMANENT PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
By AGREEMENT REIMBURSEMENT OF COSTS OF PERMANENT PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS filed for
record on April 9, 1991, File No. 91-0158423, Official Records of the San Diego
County Recorder, Poway Villas, as owners of the lands within the City of Poway
described in Exhibit A, attached hereto, acknowledged for themselves and their
successors, their understanding and agreement the City of poway would collect
for the partial reimbursement of costs expended by Poway Residential Properties
Limited Partnership for the installation of permanent public improvements which
benefit those properties described in Exhibit A, not participating in the cost
thereof.
Said agreement has been satisfied.
SAID AGREEMENT IS THEREFORE OF NO FURTHER FORCE AND EFFECT and parties thereto
are released from any further obligation thereunder.
