CHARITABLE SOLICITATIONS
~{~REAS, on March 24, 1981, the City Council adopted Ordinance No. 29 which
provided for all San Diego County Ordinances to remain in effect, except those
which bad been amended, revoked or superceded by Ordinances adopted by the Pow~y
City Council. Since that date, the County of San Diego has made revisions in
Section 21. 513 through Section 21.522 titled Charitable Solicitations which are
applicable to the City of Poway.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PO~AY, CALIFORNIA, DOES CRDAIN AS FO~:
Section 1: The following item is adopted by reference:
a. Ordinance No. 6408 (New Series) entitled;
Amending Section 16.101, Repealing Article 2, Chapter 5 of
Division 1 of Title 2, and ~dding Article 2 to Chapter 5 of
Division 1 of Title 2 to County Code of Regulatory Ordinances
Relating to Charitable Solicitations.
Introduced and first read at a regular mccting of the City Council of the
City of Poway held the 26th day of October, 1982, and thereafter PASSED AND
ADOPTED at a regular m~eting of said City Council held the 9th day of November,
1982, by the following roll call vote:
