TOUR OF DEL PONIENTE/TWIN PEAKS/ESPOLA ROAD
Council, staff, and several members of the public toured the neighborhoods
bounded by Twin Peaks, Espola, Del Poniente, and Midland Roads to view current
and potential traffic circulation routes.

Upon motion by Councilmember Brannon, seconded by Councilmember Kruse, Mayor
Higginson ordered the meeting adjourned. The time of adjournment was 10:15 a.m.
