RELEASE OF DECLARATION OF COVENANTS FOR STREET IMPROVEMENTS
1. Pursuant to the subdivision Map Act of the State of
California and Division I of Title 8 of the San Diego County
Code, Winton Investments, Inc. and Antonio Ulloa and Eulalia
Ulloa, did enter into a Declaration of Covenants for Street
Improvements recorded August 21, 1980 as Document No. 80-
254715 as required by section 66411.1 of the Government
Code.
2. Said declaration consist of the following:
A. That said parties are the owners of the following
described property:
That portion of Parcel 59 as shown on Record of Survey
Map Number 3842, County of San Diego, State of
California, described in deed to Winton Investments,
Inc. Recorded December 18, 1979 as File/Page Number 79-
526664 and to Antonio Ulloa and Eulalia Ulloa recorded
December 4, 1979 as File/Page Number 79-509313 of
Official Records.
B. That as owners declare the property described above is
held and shall be held, conveyed, hypothecated or
encumbered, leased, rented, used, occupied and improved
subject to the following covenants, which shall run
with the land and shall be binding on all parties
having or acquiring any right, title, or interest in
the above described lands or any part thereof.

C. That no protest shall be made by the owners to any
proceedings for the installation or acquisition of street
improvements under any special assessment proceedings,
whether conducted pursuant to the Improvement Act of 1911 or
the Municipal Improvement Act of 1913, or any other
applicable state or local law, and whether processed by the
County of San Diego or any other governmental entity having
jurisdiction in the matter and for the purposes of
determining property owners support for same.
2. Improvements were constructed in accordance with city of
Poway Grading Plan No. G426-88 and Improvement Plan 801-04-
181 satisfying the required road improvements.
3. The applicable Covenant of Improvements entered into by the
said owners and accompanying said Declaration of Covenants
for Street Improvements was released by the City of poway
March 30, 1992.
4. The City of Poway hereby releases the aforementioned
Declaration of Covenants for Street Improvement for that
portion of Parcel 59 as shown on Record of Survey Map No.
3842, County of San Diego, State of california, described in
deed to Winton Investments, Inc. recorded December 18, 1979
as File/Page No. 79-526664 and to Antonio Ulloa and Eulalia
Ulloa recorded December 4, 1979 as File/Page No. 79-509313
of Official Records.
