Pursuant to California Streets and Highways Code ~8353(b) the
undersigned hereby claim(s) private easements for ingress and
egress to the real property described above over, upon and across
the following streets upon vacation of the same by the City of

as such streets are shown on CITY OF POWAY TRACT MAP 84-08,
