Plat thereof, described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the North line of Tustin Hills Unit No.1, according
to Map thereof No. 4442, as filed in the Office of the County Recorder of
said County, said point being the Southeasterly corner of the land described
in deeds to Harry Z. Marx, Trustee, of 5970 Camino De La Costa, La Jolla,
California, recorded February 5. 1970, as File/Page Nos, 21960 and 21961 of
Official Records; thence Northerly along the West line of said Marx' land to
the Southwest corner of the land described in deed to Omie Henri Harrington
