The property of the following legal 'description, or a building
or structure situated thereon, has been determined to be unsafe or
substandard by the City Council of the City of Poway, pursuant to
Chapter 8,72 of the Poway Municipal Code,
The City Council has determined that the debris remaining from
the demolition of the former "Whiskey Creek" restaurant building is
a Public Nuisance, located at the northeast corner of Poway Road at
Olive Tree Lane,
The City of Poway now intends to cause the following described
work to be performed upon said property to abate the substandard or
unsafe conditions:
The removal of all remaining construction materials and debris
and including the temporary fencing and wrought iron perimeter
fencing, The lot will be scraped to bare earth and clean concrete
slab, and the expense of said work will be charged to the following
owner of said property:

San Diego, CA 92126
FAILURE OF SAID OWNER TO PAY SUCH EXPENSE WILL RESULT IN A LIEN
UPON SAID PROPERTY.
