The Grantor hereby grants to the City of Pavay the privilege and right to
extend drainage structures and excavation and UIba_nt slopes beyond the
li.ita of the herein described right-Of-way vhere required for the
construction and ..intenance of said City street. Reserving unto Grantor
of the above described parcel of land, his successors or assigns. the right
to elillinate such slopes and/or drainage structures or portions thereof,
when in the written opinion of the City Enginaer of Grantee. the necessity
therefor is rmaoved by substituting other protection, support and/or
drainage facility, provided such subetitution is first approved in writing
by said Engineer.
The Grantor hereby further grants to Grant.. all trees, growth (growing or
that ..y hereafter grow), and road building ..terials vithin sald right-of-
vay, inclUding the right to take vater, together with the right to use the
s... in such aanner and at such locations as said Grantee may de.. proper,
needful or necessary. in the construction, reconstruction, i..prov....nt or
_intenance of said highvay.
The Grantor. for hi./herself. his/her successors and assigns, hereby waives
any clai.. for any and all da_ges to Grantor's remaining property
conti<]Uous to the right-of-way conveyed by reason of the location.
