The Grantor hereby qranta to the City of poway the privilege and right to
extend drainage structures and excavation and __nt slopes beyond the
li.its of the herein described right-of-way where required for the
construction and ..intenance of said City street. Reserving unto Grantor
of the above described parcel of land, his successors or assigns, the right
to eliminate such slopes and/or drainage structures or portions thereof,
vhen in the written opinion ot the city Engineer of Grantee, the necessity
therefor is reaoved by substituting other protection, support and/or
drainage facility, provided such substitution ia first approved in writing
by said Engineer.
The Grantor hereby further qrants to Grantee all trees, qrovth (qrowing or
Gat y hereaftsr qrow), and road building ..terials within said right-of-
way, ncludin the ri to talce water, together with the right to use the
