RESTRICTIONS ON REAL PROPERTY
Conditional Use Permit 91-02 which restricted the real
property located in the City of Poway, County of San Diego, State
of California described as follows:
Parcel 2 as shown on a parcel map filed in Book of Parcel
Maps at page 1081 in the Office of the County Recorder of
San Diego County, on November 2, 1972, being a portion of
the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of the
Northwest Quarter of Section 18, Township 14 South, Range
1 West, San Bernardino Meridian, in the County of San
Diego, State of California, acording to U.S. Government
Survey.
notice of which was recorded as Document No, 1991-0305364 on June
25, 1991 in the office of the Recorder, County of San Diego, has
been released in part as a result of the conditional use permit
being revoked.
