No. 7070 Effective on Jul 26, 2019 pursuant to a statutory power of sale in accordance with the provisions of Division I, Part 6
Chapter 8, Revenue and Taxation Code, for the sum of $4,600.00 (four thousand six hundred and 00/100). The "Purchaser" is
Required to dedicate the property to a Public use as specified in the terms of the Agreement.
NO taxing agency objected to the sale.
