NOTICE OF INTENT TO LIEN

The property of the following legal description, or a building
or structure situated thereon, has been determined to be unsafe or
substandard by the City Council of the City of Poway, pursuant to
Chapter 8.72 of the Poway Municipal Code:
The City Council has determined that the filling of the 100
Year Floodway, and the rental of a substandard housing unit in the
floodway are a Public Nuisance located at the southeast terminus of
Adah Lane, Poway, CA 92064, Parcel Number 323-262-26.
The City of Poway now intends to cause the following described
work to be performed upon said property to abate the substandard or
unsafe conditions:
The removal of earthen fill down to the ambient 100 Year
Floodway elevation as defined by Federal Flood Insurance maps, to
raze the illegal living unit and the well house, to fill and cap
the well, to disconnect the sewer connection and remove the
lateral, to remove all fencing running perpendicular to Poway
Creek, to remove all accumulated junk including, but not limited
to, camper shells, surplus piping, construction materials, tools,
automobiles, bicycles, and all other debris, and will charge the
expense of said work to the following owners of said property:
