By the attached Resolution No. 91- 087. the City of Poway, a municipal
corporation, ordered the summary vacation of a water easement located within
Parcel 7 of Parcel Map 15B08 filed in the Office of the County Recordr of San
Diego County on September 21, 1989 (Tentative Parcel Map 86-03, located east of
Pomerado Road, south of Twin Peaks Road in the Twin Peaks Plaza Shopping
Center) .

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY,
STATE OF CALIFORNIA, ORDERING THE SUMMARY VACATION
OF A WATER EASEMENT LOCATED WITHIN PARCEL 7 OF PARCEL MAP
15808 FILED IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY RECORDER OF
SAN DIEGO COUNTY ON SEPTEMBER 21, 1989
VACATION 91-04
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Poway desires to summarily vacate
a certain public service easement in accordance with the procedures provided in
Chapter 4, Part 3, Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of
California, commencing at Section 8330; and
WHEREAS, the water easement within the attached legal description titled
"Exhibit A" was dedicated to the City of Poway per Parcel Map 15808 recorded
September 21, 1989 as File No. 89-510338 in the Office of the County Recorder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Poway as
follows:
1. This summary vacation is made under the provisions of Chapter 4, Part
3, Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of
Cal Hornia.
2. The City Council hereby finds that the herein described public service
easement has been superseded by relocation and there are no publiC
facilities located within the easement.
3. The City Council hereby declares that the following described water
easement is hereby vacated:
See attached legal description titled "Exhibit A."
4. The City Clerk of the City of poway is hereby directed to cause a cer-
tified copy of this resolution to be recorded in the office of the
Recorder of San Diego County in accordance with the provisions of
Section 8336 of the Streets and Highways Code.
PASSED, ADOPTED, AND APPROVED, by the City Council of the City of Poway,
California, at a regular meeting this 6th day of August, 1991.

Two strips of land, 20 feet and 10 feet wide respectively, for
a water easement and incidental purposes, as shown on Parcel 7 of
Parcel Map 15808, in the city of Poway, County of San Diego, State
of California, to be vacated.
Centerlines of said strips more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the Westerly line of said Lot 7, said
point is distant North 01' 05' 35" East 29.77 feet from the Southwest
corner of said Lot 7, said point being the True Point of Beginning
and the beginning of said twenty foot strip; thence South 88.54' 25"
East 107,50 feet to a point, said point hereafter referred to as
Point "A"; thence continuing along last said course South 88'54'25"
East 16,00 feet to the terminus of said 20 foot strip; thence from
said Point "A", said Point "A" being the beginning of said 10 foot
strip; thence South 01'05'35" West 29.77 feet to the intersection
with the Southerly line of said Lot 7, said intersection being the
