Increase of $50 (from $200 to $250) per fiscal year
7.Meal Reimbursements
Increase of $8 in meal reimbursement for employees working more than 12 consecutive hours or who
are called in on weekends to work more than 4 hours.
8.Mechanic’s Certification
One-time certification pay of $1,000 to the Senior Mechanic and Equipment Mechanic for obtaining
the State of California Fire Mechanic II certification and $500 upon recertification.
9.Shift Differential –Filtration Plant Employees
Extends the current 7.5% shift differential to the filtration plant employees working the day shift on
Saturdays and Sundays.
