The September 29, 1990, meeting of the City Council of the City of Poway,
adjourned from the September 25, 1990, regular meeting, was called to order at
9:08 a.m. by Mayor Higginson at the City Council Chambers, 13325 Civic Center
Drive, Poway, California.

TENTATIVE TRACT MAP 89-09
WILLIAMS RANCH TOUR
City Manager Bowersox introduced Bob Williams, applicant, and Gene Geritz,
Geritz Group, applicant's architect, who made a brief presentation. Mayor
Higginson recessed the meeting at 9:20 to drive to the site and reconvened the
meeting at 9:35 a.m. at the site, where they were joined by Norm Arndt, engineer
for applicant, of Manitou Engineering. Council toured the site until 11:15 a.m.
and then recessed to Lake Poway Road.

CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 90-07
U.S. WEST CELLULAR/BOULDER MOUNTAIN SITE TOUR
Mayor Higginson reconvened the meeting at 11:25 at Lake Poway Road to view pro-
posed reservoir site antennas with U.S. Cellular representatives Bill Simpson
and Tony Lettieri, applicant's project planner. Motion by Councilmember Kruse,
seconded by Councilmember Brannon to continue this item to October 16, 1990.
Motion carried unanimously.
