description has excessive dead/dry brush. This is in violation of the Poway Municipal Code
as listed below:
Poway Municipal Code, Section 8.76.035
The record owner of the Property has been duly notified, and given an opportunity to
correct the violation. Pursuant to Poway Municipal Code Section 1.08.010 (V), this notice of
violation may provide for denial of any application for approval by the City until the original
violation has been corrected. Additionally, civil fines may have been issued and/or are
