PERFORMANCE APPRAISALS
Mayor Higginson called for a closed session at 4:45 p.m., to do the annual
performance appraisals of the City Manager, City Attorney and City Clerk.
CALL TO ORDER AND AD,3OURHNENT
Mayor Higglnson called the meeting back to order at 8:25 p.m., and announced the
City Council had met individually with its three employees.
Motion by Councilmember Brannon, seconded by Councilmember Kruse, to approve
amendments to contracts for James Bowersox, Marjorie Wahlsten and Stephen Eckis.
Motion carried 4-0 with Councilmember Emery absent.
Upon motion by Councilmember Brannon, seconded by Councilmember Kruse, Mayor
Higginson ordered the meeting adjourned. The time of adjournment was 8:3D p.m.
